Zoee is a collective of talented musicians dedicated to crafting personalized songs tailored for various occasions, relationships, and emotions. By selecting your preferred genre, mood, and song length, and providing specific details, our artists will compose a unique song that resonates with your sentiments.
Yes, you can submit your own lyrics through the 'Add Instructions' section during the ordering process. Our artists will endeavor to incorporate them creatively, keeping in mind that submissions exceeding 60 words per minute may require adjustments. Please ensure that the lyrics are original and owned by you, as Zoee retains the intellectual property rights to the final composition.
Due to copyright regulations, we do not produce cover versions of existing songs. However, we can create original compositions inspired by the style or feel of a song you admire. You can provide a reference song in the questionnaire when placing your order.
While we aim to accommodate various themes, we reserve the right to decline requests containing content that is derogatory, offensive, or politically charged. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Our standard licensing agreement permits personal use only. For commercial applications, such as business promotions or public events, a separate commercial license is required. Unauthorized commercial use may result in legal action and copyright claims.
Upon completion, your personalized song will be delivered via email in MP3 format. You will have unlimited downloads of the MP3 file. Additional services, such as obtaining the lyrics, are available as add-ons for an extra charge.
We offer two delivery options:
- Acoustic:
- Standard Delivery: 48 hours
- Premium Delivery: 24 hours (additional charge of Rs. 1000)
- Studio Quality:
- Standard Delivery: 72 hours
- Premium Delivery: 48 hours (additional charge of Rs. 1000)
Due to our swift processing times, we cannot guarantee the incorporation of changes after an order is placed. If you have modifications, please email us at support@zoee.co.in promptly. While we will attempt to accommodate your request, changes are not guaranteed, and refunds or revisions due to unincorporated changes are not offered.
As each song is custom-made and cannot be repurposed, we do not offer refunds. Currently, we do not provide revisions, as our professional team ensures quality through multiple checks. However, we welcome feedback at support@zoee.co.in to help us improve our services.
You can track your order status by entering your Song ID on our 'Find Your Song' page. The Song ID is provided in the confirmation email received after purchase. If you cannot locate your Song ID, please contact us at support@zoee.co.in for assistance.
